You can return any resell-able products to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). You must return the products to a Premier Tiles & Bathrooms store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment.
We work very hard to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition, if for any reason you find any items damaged, please contact us immediately. It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Premier Tiles and Bathrooms purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 14 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment. Premier Tiles & Bathrooms reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 14-day period. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.
Returning Faulty, Unwanted or Damaged Item(s);
- Unwanted item(s) can’t be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.
- If you are returning an unwanted item(s) it must not be damaged or marked.
- You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.
- Unwanted items returned to us at your own expense
- Damaged items can’t be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.
- We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods.
- Damaged Item Form – You can inform us of any damaged items via the Damaged Item Form
- You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items you can email these to us as part of returns process.
- Do not begin returns process until you have informed us of any damaged items
- Please make sure that only dispatched order can be returned
- If you would like to return an item to us, we will arrange your credit card / paypal account to be credited.
- Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
- We do ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging.
- When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return
For tiles, only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded.
